Stefsotra offers a warranty on all products sold to customers. This warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
If a defect covered by this warranty appears during the warranty period, the customer may return the product to Stefsotra for repair or replacement. Stefsotra will determine whether the defect is covered and, if so, will repair or replace the item at no cost to the customer.
To make a claim under this warranty the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact Stefsotra customer service for instructions on returning the product.
What is not covered
Misuse and normal wear
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.
Indirect damage
Stefsotra is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the product.
Other warranties
This warranty is the only warranty offered by Stefsotra and replaces all other warranties, written or implied. Stefsotra reserves the right to change or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice.
