How a return works

Contact customer service at stefsotra@mail.ru. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return label where needed.
Send the item back
The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
We inspect it
Once we receive the returned item we inspect it to confirm that it meets the conditions of this policy.
You are refunded
If everything is in order we process the refund or exchange within 10 working days.

Are shipping costs refunded?
No. If the item was shipped free of charge, the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
My item arrived damaged or defective.
Contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem with you and provide a replacement if required.
